We met our solicitor who's looking after all our many acquisitions and he's lets put it politely, a character.

 Back to the main garden and I think this shows we have a hazelnut tree - mit hazelnuts! No shaking or chocolate. It appears that in the hedgerow opposite the house we have nuts, blackberries and sloes, but they all are a tad high so scrumping will take place when it's quiet....

 More boxes - most were in the garage. Shuv thought I needed the exercise - the garage is quite a bit lower than the top of the house.... there's a chance we might get fit living here....

Just to show at one point there were two vans. Only used one, but the other chaps had theirs from a job they'd done in Cornwall. Managed to avoid pulling the lecky wire out of the house..

Bookcase filled with books - I have all the star wars ones, think I might have nicked at least one from Dad that I got him for his birthday.... several Biggles, Shuv's Rupert annuals, the Harry Potter saga and quite a few Paddington books, although in my view you can never have enough Paddington books

Downstairs bath. It's a shower bath and a bloomin good shower at that. Weird never seen one like this before.
